Good luck if you don't make a reservation!!! You are out at the bottom of a very long list. Heck, you will have to wait a while even if you do have a reservation. Bottom line... Make an appointment!!
I was just there not long ago, they were pretty much turning everyone away that didn't have an appt. And some were let inside so they could schedule an appt and only a few at a time. So I would highly suggest you make an appt. But first I would try to get a replacement online unless you need it right away.
