Very nice, roomy, and well equipped community event. A great spot for meetings and get-togethers.

The past several months I have been assisting my sister and her husband in looking at local manufactured home communities in order to downsize their lives and move into retirement… We visited most of the manufactured communities in the North Fort Myers, so many of the “sales” or “management” personnel we encountered were rude, condescending and or callous in nature, especially at Old Bridge and Buccaneer...However that all changed when we met Denise Riley at Bayshore Estates, from our initial interaction at the call box at the gate to not only one but four or five different tours of the community and various homes we were always treated with patience, kindness and respect...We are closing on a home there in December and excited to become residents of such a safe. lovely, well maintained and managed community....I will be posting this review on social media sites as I feel individuals like Denise Riley deserve recognition for their kindness....

I loved it. I was just visiting for a week, but the people were very friendly, in other words, I was not treated as an outsider. 😂 I would live here if I could. It was nice, clean, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home in the area to live full time or to buy a vacation home. Truly wonderful place. I can't wait to visit again. Thanks Bayshore Village for keeping the place looking neat and clean plus being super friendly to us outsiders. 😂

The people that live there are friendly. But the lady in the office is IGNORANT. she will not give anyone any information about places for sale in that community except for HER friends. I stopped in & was interested in buying a couple of different properties & she threw my phone number in the trash saying I looked like I was on drugs. She said that to my friend, who went in right behind me . She isn't a very smart lady. You should look into NEW MANAGEMENT.😠 I didn't see any pool either ??? 😞😕

Yep I know what you mean about that . Am in that same boat .Would love to livee in a places like this but I love my big fur baby & little fur baby🐾🐾, U would think if you buy & own the mobile home, you can have what ever weigh your pet is at the time you buy the home , if you already own a big pet.,it's just not far .. Smh 😒
Isn't there exception for 20% under 55 yr. thought that was state law
Yes. There is lot rent. This is a leased land community. 55+. Stop in or call the office for details. It is a beautiful community.
We do have double wides for sale and I saw one that is still up for rent.
It's mainly ownership but occasionally you will find a rental. What are you looking for?
I'm pretty sure they only sell, not rent, but I think they still have a few homes for sale if your 55+. ☺️
I believe it is $700
Uhm I not sure but you gotta ask them cause I haven't been there in a while but probably yea
Making range from $35,000 to likes $70,000 which were in the process of getting ready to close and I guess they're going like crazy right now in there because the lot rents about $630 a month which is cheaper than a lot of lot rent s with modular home parks like that very nice park
All this will be discussed with you upon becoming a resident of Bayshore Village. There are restrictions with how long a guest may stay with a resident. If you would like to review a copy of our Rules and Regulations prior to becoming a resident please contact the Community Office.
You used to be able to call the office & mgm't would give you a list of owners name & numbers who were renting the homes out.
Bayshore Village is a manufactured home park with approximately 250 homes. You purchase the home but not the land. (Most Homes run from 30,000 to $45,000.) Lot rent and Hoa fee which includes cable, trash pick up and mowing is approximately. $550 per mo. month. Paid quarterly.
267 lots. 4 are open for new homes to be brought in
Yes, but you have to start looking right after the snowbirds leave in April. We do not own the land, you buy the house and pay land rent of $585. mo.
Check with the office or if you live close by drive through and check. Sometimes there are ones for rent. Especially this time of year.
