Went into Best Buy after dealing with AT&T all day and getting nowhere. I was stressed and annoyed about my whole day, when I left Best Buy I was in a much better mood. Joshua and Ashley in the cell phone department took such good care of me. They both were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to them my cell phone worries are gone. Thanks guys for the amazing service and for turning my day around.

I bought a TV here in March 2022, it stopped working in September 2022. When I purchased the TV, I also purchased a 5 yr Geek Squad Plan. When I contacted the Geek Squad, they advised the TV should be covered under the Manufacturer warranty and they put me in touch with them. After providing the neccessary info. I was advised by the Manufacturer a new TV was being shipped direct to my home and I needed to remove my current TV from the wall mount. I went to this store advised the Geek Squad I needed help removing the TV and would also need help with installing the replacement TV (I am an older person who could not do this as my TV is 65 "). I find service these days is hard to come by but these people were very patient and attentive to my dilemma and are making every effort to help me.

3rd star is for the gentlemen at the front that knew exactly where I needed go go. 2 star is for the many employees that were around that didn't bother to help me when I was looking for help. 1 star because best buy needs better sales. Expensive!

Almost always able to find what I need in stock, and at a reasonable price. Also have had great experience with having to use my extra coverage I purchased on an expensive pair of headphones that broke. The brand wouldn't replace them, but best buy quickly got a new set to me even though in the contract I signed up for Best Buy had every right to give me a refurbished used set. Also in my experience they are very fair with their return policies. Even better now that there are multiple ways to pick up a store pickup order.

Spoke with a gaming associate at The Woodlands store yesterday and he said that the only chance to get one is to purchase online. They are purchased as soon as they hit Best Buys on hand inventory. Good Luck

Best Buy does have small web cameras available. However inventory information is best gotten from the store themselves by calling or using the online website.
Word and Excel are only sold now as a digital download. Geek Squad could do the install for you however.
