I just wanted to feel pretty after the horrible month I had so I booked my appointment online. I booked a 4 hour color correction appointment because I was not sure of what needed to be done to my hair. I showed up the next morning 15 minutes early. Upon arrival, the instructor “Kathy” had no idea of my appointment and was unprepared and looked flustered. I handed her my ash blonde hair extensions and said I need my hair to match this color.... thinking it was an easy fix, bleach regrowth roots and tone my already platinum blonde hair. The instructor sent a student to the store to gather the supplies. 30 minutes later my hair process began the student did a great job; I have no complaints with her. The instructor mixed the color up in the back and hand it to the student to put on my head and left it on for 35 minutes. Once the color was washed out my roots were orange. The instructor mixed up another dark ashy color. The student applied to the front hairline first which turned my front piece dark greyish brown. The student hadn’t even finished putting the product on the orange sections of the hair and the instructor was telling her to wash it out. The student and I both knew my hair was not ready so she took her time washing it out. I had orange roots still. I left in tears and the instructor charged me 90bucks. I then rushed to Sally’s beauty to buy toner and bleach to fix my hair.

I had an appointment set up for this past weekend not thinking the it was a holiday weekend So I went all the way there to be told the I couldn't do my hair because there was no students available and the price to get highlights done was overpriced for me I couldn't do it
