I went into the Bellevue store that I didn't even know was there until more recently and am always seeing that store is busy so I took a gander inside & I tell ya, i feel like I've gotten The best shoes & the best customer service all while a bunch of us other customers were also shopping in there that day (to say she was busy was an understatement lol) when I was there and everyone including myself I noticed was being taken cared of by the same one person who I later found out is the manager there ( Nichole ) She sure handled all of us as if it was in stride. and she had such a bubbly personality with so much knowledge on every shoe and tidbit you can ever imagine all while being so swamped with all of us customers in there just blew my mind away! I thought there be a long wait or something. But I was in and out! A happy customer :-) What a pleasure it was to have been helped by her. For one person to handle so many people at the same time and doing it so easily with a smile on her face to boot, I just wanna say thank you to Nichole and your awesome!
