They have very good inventory , most of the time they have what is needed. But their customer service is not good., And those employees in different shifts who work in plumbing department are MIA & have grumpy & rude attitude most of the time, not Willing to help customers. So best is to search for what you need& find it on HD app , and for advice how to install, or how to use , it is better find other ways , but don't ask home Depot employees ( they don't know, or not willing to help) . You are lucky if you find a nice employees who is willing to help, and know how. Electrical department guys most of the time missing even in different shifts Hardware dept. guys are nicer if you can find one, but they are missing most of the time. And most of HD cashiers I really don't know where they find them. They don't represent HD in a good way, or HD spirit. They give customers the feeling that they don't care weather customers buy, or not buy. It is the same for them. They are not welcoming .They are clueless, slow moving, not customer service oriented, not customer satisfaction goaled, sometimes you say to yourself, oooh(****) how come I ended up with this cashier. But also there are really good cashier's, that have good customer service working there. Return counters workers ,they are much much smarter, and they move fast. The way they interact with return customers, is like they are motivated not return merchandise, and give money back to customers. As if there are incentives for them for declining returns. They use their smartness against return customers, and they have bad manners, no courtesy, and always imply that the merchandise being return is ill gotten , or intentionally make good customers feel bad for returning merchandise. Home Depot is so busy .It is like a mad house. Most Employees are so overwhelmed, and not willing to help. It is rarity if you get good customer service here. HD phone customer service is like run around , and get tied up on the phone for so long , and then at the end , just get no where. On many occasions. HD bad customer service is not one time visit, or one time incident. No No . It is a culture, a pattern. We are as customers just have to learn how to deal with it , and over come it, and not allow it to affect us. But one thing is really good & admire about HD . Is they have most of the material & tools needed., And for that I am willing to deal with their bad incompetent customer service, and their bad cashiers, So I can buy my material, and I can finish my projects. HD prices are best in industry Location is great

Completely rude staff ignore customers and accuses me of stealing. Went today 7/17/22 12:00 pm to return a hose, buy a new hose, and buy some flowers. Kim at the returns desk completely ignored me while finishing up her 10 min conversation with her coworker then finally said "I can help you over here" after finishing her non-work related conversation. The whole time she was working on my refund she continued to chat with her coworker while ignoring me. When the transaction was finished and the receipt came out, she didn't say anything to me or give me the receipt. When I asked her if she was done, she said "yeah you can leave." I then bought the new hose and went to the garden center to buy some flowers. While checking out, Fred at the garden center asked if I already bought the hose. I told him yes I already purchased it inside. He demanded the receipt and scrutinized it for an unnecessarily long time and refused to check me out until he was sure I didn't come to home depot to steal a $24 hose. What is wrong with your employees?

We have been loyal customers of The Home Depot for years but the last experience buying a grill changed all that. We bought a propane grill along with assembly. The very next day we got an email saying it was ready. My husband called to confirm as well. We go to the store and 1st they took 1/2 hour to find the grill and then we were shocked to see it was not assembled. This was on a Wednesday. The customer service agent said they would assemble it the following Monday and deliver it mid week. We agreed and came back home disappointed. next Wednesday came… still no grill. We called everyday after that and were told each time that the grill was not assembled with lame excuses. 2 weeks later still no grill and the worst part, the store/ customer service didn’t call/email to let us know of the delay. When we called yesterday, the store says there is no way they will be able to assemble and deliver!!! No apology, no way of compensating to the wasted time and effort. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Posted this on FB as well

I frequently visit the garden center here and always find what I need. This Home Depot stays pretty busy, especially on nice days and all weekends. There are literally tons of options for soil, compost, and the full range of landscaping needs. otherwise it's your standard Home Depot with all the tools and appliances you would expect. No
That all depends, are you looking for Hypericum berry plants or St John's Wort?
I would check their website.
I think you need to go to their website or call Home Deport. Cheers.
Store told that you can expect it in March.
Unsure of, a bundle of what and what sizes are the bundles?
They probably do but you never know what kind they'll have in stock
Yes, they have a full array of shipping, packing and moving supplies to suit your needs.
