I was recently diagnosed with facial paralysis (left side of my face) and I wanted to make myself feel pretty again so I made an appointment for a 60 minute makeup session with Shanie R. She did amazing, she was so kind and so helpful at angling the makeup to make my face appear even again. It was such a special day. Thank you so much, Shanie!

This place used to be good but christ the associates here are so bloody annoying. If I have a question, I’ll ask. You don’t need to be floating around me watching me like a hawk as I’m trying to shop. Especially if you see me with my headphones in. It’s ghetto and unprofessional and if the manager sees this - tell your black employee to stop being so GD annoying cuz I guarantee it’s not just me she’s driving mad. 👎

I’ve been rogue member for over ten years. I like go to Sephora. However this time I have meet bad customer services !!! I came here to exchange a spray. It has a serious quality issue I’ve recently found. They refused my request and one of the staff was rude. The reason they think is that it overdue the date which can exchange because of the company’s policy, but I didn’t open it on the day I bought them, I just opened it recently and found it’s got quality issues.But I think it not related with the due date they can exchange. It more related it got bad quality itself, if they all have this problem they should recall all their products not say something like overdue date. But what make it worse if that they gave me a feeling that I try to take advantage or something! I don’t really know why that staff showed me an arrogance face, but that staff opened the sealed cap instead of just simply spraying it to check. Especially with unsterilized hands ! Why they required customers can’t touch anything when they come inside during covid but their staff haven’t been told don’t open customers’ thing with unsterilized hands? when I say you open it but you won’t exchange? she changed her face with a scornful expression and used a mean voice said: oh what do you mean ! you already open it!! I’m not good at quarreling but I think she don’t understand as a customer service, if you don’t want to exchange the product(since it’s a personal thing and during covid time) you’d better don’t open it fully (it’s a spray. You don’t need to open) there is a risk to get bacteria or viruses inside cause me have acne or skin problems! Especially In crowed public place with unsterilized hands. Im not that rich can throw everything I bought in the garage can. so maybe I will still use it if I find a way to make it better by adding some lotion or try to find other ideas. I think Sephora should have some customer oriented staffs who are more professional and nice!

It's a small sephora and they are sold put of so much stuff. Not sure if that's overall a good thing or not, but it was for me as I needed some things. But overall they take covid precautions and I felt safe.

Yes! They take walk-ins, but better to book online so it's reserved. The cost is $50 of product at the end of your 45-60min session.
