So disappointing. Spent tens of thousands on appliances. I get that there are supply chain issues but there are so many delays with little communication and unwillingness to rectify anything on the store level. They were confirming delivery specs on a Wolf oven one day only to email me the day before my kitchen was demolished that it was delayed two months. When the range arrived at theIr warehouse in April, they scheduled delivery for two weeks later and in the interim gave it to another customer. Now I have to wait a minimum of another two months into June for another (we’re now approaching a year) and local management basically said tough luck. This is on top of a Sub-Zero and Bosch D/W that are still MIA since Fall 21. Upper management is trying to help but it’s been an unfortunate experience.

Horrible Service - Avoid this store. Shockingly bad customer service! My wife and I were looking to replace our built in Microwave and Oven Unit. After browsing the store for a few min we asked reception if we could speak with a sales person. A salesman (wish I had his name) came up and scowled at us as he walked up. We told him, being super friendly, that our built in microwave had failed and were looking to replace all our built in units he got more frustrated and began talking down to us. He started grilling us with questions like an inquisition, assuming we were idiots, and we had to fight to get a word in to let him know we had measurements, model numbers, etc. This went on for 2-3 min with him trying to trip us up and make us feel stupid. Extremely rude, condescending and bizarre experience. We stormed out as life is too short to be treated like this. Went to our local BestBuy and had a 180 degree experience and met an Appliance Dept Manager who in 3 min walked us through our options and simplified the whole process. Although we are still looking at options we just had to share this experience with Albert Lee as it was that bad. Albert Lee is an example of a business that is clearly flourishing with the local economy but has forgotten what got them to where they are.

Terrible services. Waited a very delayed time period for my simple order to arrive to them and they told me I have to wait another 3 months to get a scheduled install appointment. Ridiculous. Albert Lee back in the day had great service but they have grown too big and don’t care.

We purchased a Fridgidaire Slide in Gas range (order #0956191) , had it professionally installed and within 1 day the electronic display failed. My husband and I have called several times to various sales reps including Scott Medsker and the Service Manager at Bellevue..all deferring us to Fridgidaire service rep who would contact me directly to arrange service within 2-3 days. That was a week ago. Nobody at Fridgidaire has called me, and nobody at Bellevue location will take responsibility to have our stove fixed or replaced. This is TERRIBLE service. I don't recommend Albert Lee for any appliances. I want a full refund unless this can be resolved today.

Our stores are open during our regular business hours. Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm, and Sundays 11am - 5pm. We do carry them, the real question is if what you're looking for is in stock and/or available. Our inventory of freezers changes daily due to extremely high demand. We have a 17 year old Viking Range. I turned on the self clean unit yesterday and now it will not unlock. Can this be fixed?
