I just got my back tire changed. As I was driving home along highway 18 I was losing my brakes, almost laid the bike down. Turns out they didn’t reattach my back break caliper. Just a heads up for anyone getting service here, inspect their work. I almost died trying to slow down to the side of the road. I can’t believe they let this happen.

Bought several bikes from them over the years and it has always been a great experience. Sales, service, and Motorclothes are staffed with helpful, caring staff. Worth checking out.

JC in the service/parts department has always been my point man since moving to the PNW. We pass 3 H-D dealers just to have the pleasure of dealing with him and his team. Thanks so much for everything you do. Eastside H-D knows how to treat their customers with respect, which is something I do not see often these days.

I bought used motorcycle 8 months ago, when I asked the tires and battery are new? They state they're bran new, and been in service before for sale. And now the battery keep dying won't hold the power. I call the dealership they don't even care to help finding the solution, they said if you didn't buy extended warranty we can't help. But I told them that when I bought this motorcycle you said the battery it's NEW! And not even a year and I only ride over 300 miles since I bought it. I can't believe they lied. Having lied to costumer isn't good business. I wil no longer prefer friends to this dealership

Everyone wore mask. It was not crowded. Bathroom was very clean. Friendly staff.
sorry but we wouldn't have that
Unfortunately, we no longer do rentals.
I believe they go a max of 50 miles

No, they sell new merchandise. Try a pawn shop, but you'd have better luck with Craigslist
You should call them directly.
