Needed to fix/update my hitch setup on Landcruiser - called Downtown Toyota and they didn't have parts in stock and suggested Rack N Road. Glad they suggested that since I was going there for a bike rack anyway and didn't realize they installed trailer hitches. I called - they were able to get me in for the hitch and bike rack within the week. I figured it would be painful (assuming supply chain issues) but they were great… they even had the locking kit for my Yakima Megawarrior - bonus points!!

I needed to get a trailer hitch for my Subaru Forester. I called my dealer and they recommended I go to Rack n Road. I gave them a call to get the cost and timing and it was obvious I called the right place. My car was in and out in a day and it was super easy. I also purchased my Thule bike rack from them and will be back for a luggage basket later this summer. Their customer service was awesome and I highly recommend them.

Great service once again from the Rack N Road team. Both Evan and Aaron handled my initial inquiry and found the cargo box that I needed to replace. They followed up when they said they would. When I arrived, Karter and Sean both assisted with the install with smiles in the pouring rain. Responsive, knowledgeable and all done with a smile. When you need a rack or cargo box, RNR is THE place to go!
