I worked with Jacob Baker & the manager on duty was Jeff Lewis. As a caveat this has NEVER been my preferred dealership in the seattle area & I would routinely go to their competitor for all of my sales needs & repairs. That being said- Jacob & Jeff were fantastic! Consummate professionals- exceptionally polite, articulate, transparent & kept their word on all things we discussed. The entire transaction was seamless & got my car delivered on-time and couldn't be more satisfied. These two were great, they definitely earned & will retain my business for the foreseeable future. Definitely would recommend these two for anyone looking for a car in this market.

Phenomenal service from Johnny Xu and Josh (service manager). Brought in my vehicle for a service light check. Found out there were rodent damage to my wires :( Johnny was able to help me get in quickly and Josh provided me updates frequently during the process of getting it fixed. Overall satisfied with the smooth and quick service, glad to have received their help.

Did they program the chip, the car has to be there for this to happen.
Masks are worn and social distancing are encouraged. Common areas are disinfected regularly
You will get charged. The dealership can not be responsible for roadhazards out if their control
You may have not pushed the gas nozzle far enough in for the pump to seal
