Don't ever go here. The lady does what she wants and not what you want. She made a mistake and when I asked her to correct it, she refused. Wish I could give 0 star.

I would not recommend this place for beauty services. I’ve had a terrible experience every time I’ve went there. The staff are not qualified or experienced at all. I went in yesterday at 5:30pm to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady said sorry we are closing early tonight at 6pm instead of 7. We explained that there is still 30 minutes until your “early” closing time and threading eyebrows takes less than 10 minutes and she still refused. If it takes longer than 30 minutes to thread someone’s eyebrows that’s concerning. I got my eyebrows done today and the lady was so aggressive. My eyebrows are super thin and uneven and I have a cut on my nose from her threading.

Went there to get eyebrows done. Lady was very moody and not in a mood to make eyebrows so she had an bad Attitude. And the way she does the eyebrows is very painfull not Professional at all. I get them done all the time at other brow arc so this was the 1st time at this one and last time. And in the end when i paid she asked me what My card PIN was she wanted to swipe and type the pin herself Hell NO i will put my own PIN thank you. Never saw such an place then she gave me a mean look leaving. NeVer agian.
