Unprofessional public defender names Leslie. Never was helpful, tend to constantly raise her voice and was very rude and un compassionate for her clients. Obviously was working more for the DA.

The judge wouldn't even let me speak after the LADWP appealed my win over them for blowing up my home. He awarded me $3,000 to cover my real time losses of over $300,000. I was forced into bankruptcy and my life was ruined. Corrupt judges run rampant. I could write a thesis on this.

Over all the building is decent and the area is okay for lunch break. Many awful people work here with little to no morals or ethics . This courthouse will try to Railroad you . DA’s colluding with police officers and officials during breaks. I saw a witness thumbs up court officials after a testimony in a police uniform. I wish I could give less then one star. This has seriously made me question our entire legal system and motivated me to study law. Guilty until proven innocent at this court. I am extremely disheartened by my observations as a simple bystander to a trial. I hope this is not the same case for others. I also witnessed some very discriminatory behavior in the building with other people working in the court house towards jurors and towards general public attempts in services needed.

You have to go to Chatsworth Court for family ...
I don't think you can call the jury service inside the court. You are going to have to either go there today and show the doctors note or wait until tomorrow after your appointment go in and present the doctors note so that they can validate the absence
You can go to the jury room down in the basement and they'll print you a replacement
No
You will have to show up on the day indicated on the "ticket". If the date has passed, go to the window and ask to see the judge before you are arrested. This is if you did not show up on THE date indicated.
There's a good chance that a bench warrant was issued. That means that any police agency can take you in custody at anytime they run your information. You have to go inside the court. Ask the criminal clerks to give you new court date. Good luck. Never skip on court dates. Even for small offenses
You can check online just put in his information like full name and birth date.

It depends on who the judge is. Make sure you present & file proof of completion of your programs and ask for reenrolment papers for community service. It may work if the judge is amenable to giving you an opportunity
I don't believe you can. If not mistaken you have to go tp Norwalk for that. Speak to the clerk's office, they are knowledgeable and will be able to send you in the right direction.
It depends what you are paying for and where. Ask the clerks office. Generally Los Angeles Superior Court will do. Unless it's a neighboring city's court. Ie. Well mine, San Fernando. Etc
If you've been dismissed from community service, you will need reenrollment papers to re register. Ask the community service office
Online with name and birth day
A bench warrant was probably issued. Get to court asap and go to the clerk's office to get your case heard.
You can go in on any day to file your requests in the clerk's office. They, in turn. Will give you a bit day to appear before a judge
By law, a person must be brought before a magistrate within 72 hrs of arrest. Inmates are not scheduled for sm or pm, or all friends in which bus they are in and what time the bus arrives at courthouse
Notices are only sent out as a courtesy and you can't use that as an excuse. Go in ASAP to clerks office and ask to be added on to that day's calendar. Better to go in on your own than to get arrested & taken before a judge.
No, you may be able to obtain all the necessary forms online but need to go in to file atty clerk's office & pay the fees or file a waiver form
Or depends on the jurisdiction
Depends on the amount of hours you have assigned.
Once you register for your community service, you will be given a list of approved locations to do it. Ask to have it close to your home, if you don't live closer to the courthouse.
