You can go in on any day to file your requests in the clerk's office. They, in turn. Will give you a bit day to appear before a judge
Thanks Kaamilya. I already got one case dismissed from there but that was like 5 years ago. They had told me I needed just 2 more years past my last day I was on probation. I just couldn't remember the routine over there but thank you that sounds about right.
Just call the courts and ask them what days are you able to come in to file for expungement and they'll tell you everything they will tell you what court you have to go to for the public defender's office because they have to assist you and then they'll file it and then you wait about 30 to 45 days for a response for court hearing and you going to go in court and submit to them what you have in order or why you feel that you deserve expungement and it goes from there but it's a fast process
