It's really true that when you call, no one calls you back. :( I have been trying to get my subsidy transferred to my daughters after school care and they blatantly ignore you. It's sad because people out here really do need help.

They don’t respond in an even remotely timely manner. Sent my application in over 2 weeks ago (they say they respond within 10 business days) and I just got a call, no name or extension given to callback. So I’m still unsure of whether my app got approved or denied. For people who say they like to help communities with childcare, they sure slack. You shouldn’t have to call almost daily and every time hear a voice message. I don’t know who operates the Perth Amboy location but they need some new management. And also, you won’t find the Google reviews right on the search page, they have the Facebook ones listed first
