Returned one set of glasses & ordered two more. The gal that tried to help me kept asking for assistance from other employees... clearly not trained. She promised an email receipt for my return. Nothing . Went back into the store & requested again. Still no confirmation of my refund. I had to call corporate & they gave me a hard time but finally sent a email confirmation. I hate places like this.

First time going to Warby Parker. The store closes at 6 pm and I got there about 5:30pm. You could tell they were cleaning up for the end of the day but greeted me with a smile. I have a small face for a man and always was challenged finding the right glasses. The lovely woman took her Time narrowing down the frames to about 3. By this time it was 6 pm and we didn't realize they were closed. We kept working on narrowing down the frames until I had 2.there frames are very unusual and unique. I decided to get both frames. Unfortunately, Warby Parker doesn't offer a 2nd pair discount but the frames were so inexpensive it was still a bargain. I got progressive lenses on both and they offer a 30 day no questions ask total refund on the glasses. We didn't get finished until almost 6:30pm and the manager of the store Steven Plewa, introduced himself and couldn't be more hospital. He made us feel like family. Now the wait for the glasses. Ill update you when I get them. **UPDATE*** almost 2yrs later.... I wear progressive lenses. One pair of glasses I ordered there was a chip taken out of the lens after a few months. Warby Happily replaced them. Now I have fine scratches in the same pair of glasses so bad the vision in my left eye was blurry. There were replaced later to find out there stress cracks in the lenses (from the middle out). I did call Warby and they are replacing them. My 2nd pair of glasses I hardly wear so I havent had theses issues at all as of yet. Warby does not make replacement lenses for the frames you buy from them Im told now.... you have to buy frames and glasses now? Why? Also there lenses are warranted for only 6 months now as well. (Use to be 2 yrs) The customer service is incredible from the store, to the people on the phone and website. Maybe regular glasses hold up longer but if the new pair of Progressives don't hold up, Im going to have to go elsewhere. Its a shame because i do like the frames but if the lenses cant hold up whats the point?

We went to the Greenwich store this morning around 10:45am and noticed the sign on the door stating their opening hour was 11am. Just then, a man arrived to open the door. No problem, we said we would go next door for coffee and return. This conversation was between my husband and myself but overheard obviously by the guy opening the store. He VERY rudely stated that they would be "opening around 11:30 or 12" "depends when the optometrist arrives" "could be 12:30". Um, ok??? Just then, another employee arrives and gives us a very unwelcome, dirty look. It was very clear they did not want us coming back anytime soon, if ever. We were going in for a quick adjustment to my husbands new glasses and to purchase another pair for myself. I knew exactly what I wanted and wouldn't require any assistance, other than writing the order. We had no problem whatsoever waiting for the store to open, but the rude /arrogant attitude that we received for literally just showing up, has turned us off completely to this store. We did in fact return at 11:30. This time to return our glasses, and the store was still locked. We will return this week and return our glasses and shop elsewhere.

I need to have an eye exam because I feel like my vision has changed. How do I schedule an exam and do you do these in Greenwich? Do you accept EyeMed insurance?

They don't do eye exams just yet, they are still looking for an optometrist. I'm not sure if EyeMed is one of the few insurances they do take. I'd double check just in case.

I have received my new glasses but they need to be adjusted, they fall off my face! Can I go to local store for adjustment?

Yes you can bring it to any store and they will adjust it. The closest one to me was in CT
