There was literally no one ahead of me, but for some reason, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to come out. Turns out, the person at the register didn’t ring up my entire order 🙄 Instead of quickly ringing me up and cranking out a blizzard, they told me to go to the end of the line of about 10 families. They’re just teenagers and I think they need some more training.

The workers are not taking pride in their job, the ice cream cone came out really fast and sloppy. I worked at a Dairy Queen in high school in the 90s so I know how they should properly do the cones. They don’t stir the chocolate mix properly before dipping the ice cream into it. Comes out really sloppy. Been coming to this location for over 10 years and it’s been good but recently went down.

Edit: Alright I have tried again and again yet they just can't give 4 full size chicken strips at this location! Corporate needs to be better about Corporate inspections to make sure every location is up to par! Cashiers never listen when ordering sides always forgets them. They fill the cups all the way up with ice so you get 2 sips of your drink. The food is always room temperature even though they say your waiting on fresh, its never hot or warm. They don't give full size chicken strips only little broken pieces. They will charge you so sauce cups and not give them to you. This is ridiculous how no one at this location can just do their job. Corporate needs to do an inspection on this franchise its not up to the standards they need to be at!

Kids love the butterscotch ice cream here and they love it. I tried their Hot triple chocolate brownie and it was okay. Can improve their customer service.
