I understand that the menu says 11-4 for five buck lunches but when you work in fast food or any customer service job dont you think that letting that customer order 10 minutes early rather than losing that customer is a better option.

I understand that you feel entitled to special treatment but when you go to a fast food place don't you think that waiting 10 minutes rather than getting upset that an overworked minimum wage worker can't bend corporate policy for you is a better option.
