I purchased the online course from Rockwell for WA Broker Exam and took the test few days ago! The exam questions were a breeze compared to the tough questions on the practice exams from Rockwell! Some of the questions on the actural exam were also very similar to the one's on the online training content!! I strongly recommend Rockwell course content for anyone interested on State of Washington licenses.

This school was amazing Great value also they offer in person classes as well as online classes. The online classes are at your own pace you have 6 months to finish the program. If you don't finish in 6 months you have the option to extend for 3 months for about $50 you can to that 3 times. Also you can do the classes on your phone witch is great. Also you can take the tests as many times as you want. And the classes where less then $500. I highly recommend this school.

Took the September 2021 Brokers course and had an amazing experience. My lecturers Jim and Ellen made the information understandable. Their years of experience made the class even more enjoyable. Heather and Bupra were always prompt with information and replies to questions. Extremely professional experience all around. I used the practice exams from the cram course to prepare for the state exam. Over a course of a week I noticed a great improvement on my exam average. This gave me the confidence I needed when I took the state exam. Passed my first attempt! Would definitely recommend Rockwell Institute to anyone who prefers live classes. The WebEx capability allowed me to take the course from anywhere.

I got my Real Estate license with Rockwell about a year and a half ago. I took the online course because I had another the job back then and it worked better for me. I must say it was the best online class I have ever taken. The books that came with it helped a lot and the online "instructors" were clear and you could always go back in case you missed something. The best part was the test preparation. Since English is my second language, and all I read online was how hard it was to pass the exam the first time, I was very nervous. I did what Rockwell recommend and completed all their practice tests with a score over 90, and guess what? I finished the test after 90 minutes instead of the 3 hours they give you and PAST it!! I highly recommend them for anyone who considers taking a RE class. I'm taking 2 other classes with them now for continuing education.
