Yes you do consignment
Ive never sold anything to them but i have head of People doing so, at mercantile at least, and i would have to assume dolls arent excluded, it all depends on who you talk too over there. Some would be interested and some wouldn't so it kinda depends.
CHECK YOUR LOCAL VINTAGE OR ANQUTUES STORE.
All with masks, screens at checkout, not crowded, very clean.

No. It's all mall of different dealers so they get new stuff all the time and do get hot wheels but things sell out fast so you always have to keep checking.
