I called this store they said I could do a walk in but, did not inform me that I could make an appointment online to get on a waitlist. Was very disappointed when the Apple customer service said an hour wait to see a sales person. Why would the store have a couple of sales persons compared to the amount of customers that want to purchase or exchange. For corporate company that makes jobs - it really make’s standing jobs. Saw several employees just standing there just standing there.

Apple became so cheap company and this location is soo busy, if you come to fix your device by warranty, they will give you a loner for one week. 90% of my iPhone needs to be replaced by warranty, so Apple today, instead of just give a new device, will give you a hard time to play around with a loner, move your account, cards during one week. I am becoming an iPhone hater, and will move to an other product as soon as possible.

Nice selection of new apple gadgets. Very personable staff. Prices still a bit high, but it’s Apple and well with every penny.
I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max, almost upgraded again, but I’ll wait for the 15.

When I went I didn't have an appointment. I signed in and then waited. I probably waited about 20 mins. It was about 4:30-5:00 when I went. Not many people in the mall. I guess it varies on time of day.
When will you open again? I have phones & earpods needing repaired or help fixing... plz open back up??

I need an appointment for this evening around 630 pm at the mall in the woodlands. I have a mac desktop it works great the mouse is not working and will not sync so i can not use the computer at all,.. we plugged it in .. it says connected but not.

Battery health is extremely unlikely, if that's the original battery you got 4 years ago. iOS 13 for an iPhone 6 is about as likely as the above statement, so no.
I have an I phone 7. It went black and will not come on. Can you retrieve my information I have on the phone. I did not back it up to iCloud. I received my new one thru my warranty they told me you could possibly retrieve the info before I return it

No they cannot. Apple can repair hardware but they are not a data recovery center. Which, unfortunately, if you didn't back up, that's what you need. I would advise looking into a company called drive savers. They're based out of California so you'd have to mail your old phone in but they are data recovery experts. I would also advise signing into the same apple ID on your new phone as sometimes information saves automatically even if it isn't backing up so sometimes stuff comes back.
Lastly and this may be obvious now but turn on automatic backups on the new phone from here on out. Hope this helps.
