I visited a friend here. I was in shock when I was told the amount of rent it costs. Truly "slumlord" type of living conditions. Most of the trailer's need to be removed because of less than adequate safety for comfortable living conditions!!! Someone in the county needs to go through and identify the "condemned" structures as inhabitable. Garbage, old furniture, cars piled in front of quite a few. If the rent is high for trailer park living, then one should be able to get what they pay for, comfortable living. Call out to condemn

Although uponintial arrival finding the place old and dumpy there new maintenance guy has turned this park completely around! Everything has been cleaned up from landscaping to trash. This guy is a non stop worker. The residents are happy to have a person actually making the place they live attractive

Jones noble Trailer Park is honesty a very quiet neighborhood. Nobody's trying to get into your business. There is no drama going on either. Everyone keeps to themselves. The trailers are pretty decent The neighborhood is kind of confusing on the entrance and the exit but overall it's a pretty good neighborhood nobody really messes with you.

Its ok. The trailers are too close together and they ask for too much rent for the quality. But it does include utilities including wifi. Very little in way of security features in park. Although one thing going for it is the staff in office are very nice people, easy to get along with.

They start at $217.43 a week and up with a $100.00 deposit
Jones is pretty active in their sales because about half their available homes are by owner. The best thing to do is to drive through and take a look. Jones is conveniently located close to everything so the homes are in high demand.

Not if you're renting one of their trailers for rent but if you own your trailer and you're renting their property then you're allowed to have a small dog

It depends if you are a renter it's different and if you're an owner of the rent is 375.oo per month but if you want to know call the office you'll also will have a background check and have to be approved by them
