This is the location I went to 5 days a week for 4 years and Rap music was never played and hair nets were worn. The employees at this location were always professional and willing to go the extra mile. On one occasion the speaker system was not working for a couple of days in a row. In the rain the employees stood outside and took our orders then relayed the order to the inside. Other than not speaking into a speaker box there was not a delay in the morning rush. The employees were still courteous and professional even in the rain. Perhaps management needs to be made aware. My thought is they don't know about their obvious decline in service
Since this seems to be an annoyed rant rather than a feasible question looking for help, i'll chime in. For one this is a dunkin doughnut's not a ritz carlton. If they are playing music that gives you a headache, which unless played extremely loud is not known to do. It just so happens to be your in-ability to tolerate that kind of music which leads to your migraines and even then possibly stemming from other issues predating visiting this dunkin doughnuts. As for the hairnet situation, i have visited this location before and i've never encountered anyone using less than optimal protection over my food, however that isn't to say that this hasn't happened to you, if that is the case, have you asked to talk to a manager and go back with the hair follicle plaguing your food? Always check your food in store, if i found something unsettling in my food, you can bet your sweet a** that i'm going back up there with the quickness. Better luck next time.
They should play top 40 hits as alot of customers are elderly ..some station that plays easy listening music to relax..they should wear hair nets for health reasons and gloves also.
I agree, i went this morning and i was ignored for 15 minutes before anyone would take my order. Then she seemed annoyed that i was even there. So hard to find people willing to just do their job these days
