If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to and the lady behind the counter with piercings and colorful hair has an EXTREMELY BAD attitude. Got the order wrong from the very start, had to go back and tell them so then we had to wait even longer for the correct order and by the time it came out, the bagels were cold and hard and the hashbrowns were gross,they looked burnt- almost black looking, but yet were soggy to the touch & when I told the manager lady all she said was "that's how our ovens make them now" and no its not cause I actually used to work for dunkin donuts and they're supposed to be golden brown and crispy. But they also suck to work for too, so don't do that either.

The staff here is amazing. They are always so friendly. SHOUT OUT TO MO! She was trying to help me pay thru the app since mobile ordering wasn't available. We couldn't figure it out due to a glitch in the app. She said I got you and she paid for my food. I was shocked and grateful. What a kind soul! Thank you!

Donuts are good but employees are lacking in politeness, courtesy, and any motivation to work, this location is far from under staffed, just lacking quality. Employees at other chains making similar money appear more motivated and more caring. I'll be shopping elsewhere. I've been to Doughnut King in Mount Dora and was very happy with the experience.

Do you like sitting in a drive thru line for 15+ minutes only to be given zero professional courtesy or an apology for your wait? Love waiting for your food only to NOT get what you ordered? Then this is the Dunkin’ Donuts for you! Also, thanks for making me late for work. That was fun. Awful establishment!

This is the location I went to 5 days a week for 4 years and Rap music was never played and hair nets were worn. The employees at this location were always professional and willing to go the extra mile. On one occasion the speaker system was not working for a couple of days in a row. In the rain the employees stood outside and took our orders then relayed the order to the inside. Other than not speaking into a speaker box there was not a delay in the morning rush. The employees were still courteous and professional even in the rain. Perhaps management needs to be made aware. My thought is they don't know about their obvious decline in service
They practice it very well everyone has a mask on *Employees*....Some customer's that walk 🚶♂️ in doesn't wear one, there is a sign in front door for everyone to wear mask!...
