Always have fun eating here! The sandwiches are great and very filling, their salads are big and fresh with all kinds of meat add ins...delicious and I couldn't finish it, I brought half home! The Restaraunt itself is very clean and everyone is really nice and accommodating! Love going there!

We love firehouse and the service but the last time we went they got my order wrong, I was aggravated because the sub I ordered cost more then the one I was given I overlooked it because it was the first time they ever made a mistake with us. We went today and paid for a bowl of soup and bacon on my sub and got a cup instead of a bowl and no bacon.

So we normally always have a great experience here but tonight the staff was rude and the place was dirty.. it took really long to get our food and you can just tell how miserable the staff is tonight. We almost didn't come in because the open sign was off, when my husband ordered the staff member was very rushed and curt. When we got our food we realized we didn't get our soup so my husband brought the receipt and it said chips. When he tried to sort the mistake the staff member replied very loudly sir that's extra. He wasn't asking it for free but was trying to exchange it. Not a single table was clean and the floor was disgusting. When my husband came back he was embarrassed so we ate and left.

Very friendly staff. And the hook and ladder sub was soo good. And we just found out today that🔥firehouse subs gives a portion of your purchase to provide life savings equipment to first responders. So i think that is pretty cool. This location tops the list of stops ✋this summer

Good. There are less tables and many of the chairs are stacked off to the side so that people can't use them. They did a whole roll of tables as a buffer at the counter so that people couldn't get too close. They removed all the sauces so that people don't have access to touch them. Employees were wearing masks so honestly I did see a couple employees wear a mask was below their nose but I can't say whether or not that was because it had slipped down and they couldn't have just it yet or if that was the practice. Sanitizer was also available. I did not get a drink so I can't answer that. The chips we're still in a display off to the far side opposite the register and the dessert cookies and brownies were not at the counter so I assumed you would have to ask for that too. I did a call ahead order so my experience was slightly different.
