Fast service including alignment of the steering and brakes to be adjusted correctly that was done badly by the factory. He fixed all that within 5 minutes and costed me at a reasonable price. Super friendly staff and I definitely will come back soon! That made me wish I found you guys a long time ago. Now our little boy is a happy camper with his new bicycle.

Picked up a giant escape 3 today from here, owner and his customer service is unmatched, just chatting like we’ve known each other for years. Made me buying easy, no pressure to buy at all. Love the bike and look forward to visiting in the future. Definitely recommended

I brought my bike here after another local shop had it for 28 days and couldn't manage to find a rear tire for it! Not only did Pure Cycles have one hanging on the wall, the next day they called and said the bike was ready. The day after, when I went in to pick it up, the tire had gone flat. They replaced the tube right on the spot! That's great service and I'll definitely go back again!
