I love this place. Tight knit family type of environment with warm comforting feel in a tiny nook of Everett set in a harder to find chunk of nature surrounded by a ring of stoic cottonwoods, and wrapped full circle around you are lush blackberry vines giving an air of the old days in this town where life had a simple pace and the future still hope filled and happy a standard way of feeling

My bff just moved in there a couple weeks ago and it is so cozy, quiet and everyone watches out for one another. I really happy for her.

Clean, affordable,awesome Manager on site(Dave) very friendly atmosphere private and secluded ..in the spring you have your choice of blackberries, which grow all around the entire park, pear trees, cherry trees, pink lady apple trees, and even a few plumb trees, and one crab apple tree. 2 large grass park areas that are perfect for Birthday parties, special occasions..or social BBq's. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly ..usually get invited to have dinner with the neighbors, on those days one wants to do a BBQ.one great place to live..maybe one or two unfriendly ones..but I wouldn't know..haven't met one yet..lol. Only thing is this park is usually always full..and yes they are large lots..our fifth wheel is over 34ft long and has pullout.. And we still have a lot of room on the grass for our large fenced in play area for our 2 dogs..and a large concrete patio where I fit an entire garden..there are also extremely large RVs and super long ones that fit just fine with lots of extras. Dont know why some one said tight fit..but not at all true and I've lived here almost 3yrs now..there is plenty of space for your recreational vehicle, and you are aloud to have 2 other vehicles parked on your lot.
