If you have a RV but are not a "resident" they still let you use the dumping station in one of their empty lot and the water for 20$.

LOVE THESE PEOPLE! Came here all the way from Ohio in mid DECEMBER in a 40 ft RV. Was in Oregon and there was a horrible snow storm coming. The OWNER of the RV park spoke with us and gave us alternate ways to get there and offered to give us directions on how to get home the best way (he was a cross country trucker until he retired). We got here finally and we have been treated like FAMILY every since. In fact, we have decided to stay at this RV park 6 months out of the year from here on out. BEST NEW FAMILY EVER!!!! WE LOVE YA FRED!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!! Alice and Adam

Manager was very nice. We were able to get a reservation at the last minute. Set up camp and get some rest. It was a little tight in our 4 door Super Duty and a 28ft trailer, but we managed to get out nicely. The only issue I had was other visitors blocking the road with their vehicles. But, other than that it's clean and pretty mellow.

Very functional for urban access in the south Snohomish / north King Counties area. Space is tight though it comfortably fit the Montana, but the crew-cab F450 DRW was very snug. Highly recommended for friendly staff and area access, just don't expect a spacious resort.

They do have monthly rates. I recommend calling the office, both Maggie and Don are super helpful.
I am staying here at the resort now and i am paying $600 including water, wifi, cable. But i am sure the prices change during seasons. It is best to call the office, they are open seven days a week.
Why not contact the park?
We rarely have an issue with homeless people in the park. They are aware that we have security cameras on property and that is a great deterrent to keep them away. If you are in the area we invite you to come check out the park and facilities.
Call the park and we would be more than happy to help you.
There ia no tent facilities
Works as long as people don't hog the bandwidth. It is not capable of handling smart tvs, gamingf and video (movies) streaming.
You will have to call them sorry
