Some good and some not so good things about this place. First I didn't join the rewards program because back then the ammo shortage was hit or miss, later a purchased a safe, then gun and more. They should let me going points program and show receipts to back date. Feels like they should allow to get those points it will encourage me to shop more there. Also had a bold guy be a total jerk to me, they call me to pick up my rifle but had to wait over 4 hours and just left and came back another day. Pick ups need there own service person. I wasted 6 hours over 2 days just to get my rifle. I like the store, I like selection. I also once waited over 18 min to just cash out. I know good help is hard to find but find someone who can go where needed.

Employees here are societies finest rejects. The people on the gun counter are pretty cool and knowledgeable but anyone else I've encountered up front is a joke. The store it self has a nice selection of hunting and camping equipment but if takes ages and ages to check out. They also have a no backpack policy but don't let you leave them up front. Makes sense? MOTORCYCLE RIDERS STAY AWAY.

Wow. I'm a grave shift worker. For convenience I take a bus to and from work, and I carry my work supplies in a backpack. Stopped in this store this morning with $200+ dollars burning a hole in my pocket and a specific shopping list. But within less than 5 minutes in the store I was approached and informed that the store doesn't allow backpacks. I said, "no problem, I will leave it up front.". I was told that was not an option. Unless I could "put it in my car," I wasn't welcome in their store. How's that for disrespect for working people and anyone who isn't driving a car. I will spend my money elsewhere, and so should you.

Great store. The staff is friendly. The online catalogue is great. They usually have what I need. The ammo prices are absurd. Don't be fooled, ammo isn't as scarce as it was in 2020. Prices have fallen everywhere and can be had at a better price online or at their direct competitor. Also, stay away from handgun/semi-auto rifle purchases here. WA state law allows dealers to proceed with the sale if the background check exceeds 10 days (federal is 3 days.) Their company policy will not proceed until the background check completes. Which could be indefinite. There are tons of stories online about 30+ day waits from this specific store. There are plenty of local stores that would love your business and actually support your rights.
