I went here to see my sister and I took a walk around the park here and over to the small lake I was told they have some nice trout in the lake, My niece's 3 daughters do some fishing in the lake and catch some nice fish they just love it. If you have a trailer and need a place to keep it this is a pretty decent trailer park with on site showers and bathrooms in a couple different location , there is a laundry facility also and it's reasonably priced and it's cheaper then the regular laundromats around the area, I was told the trailer spots were reasonably priced for this area of south everett.

We have stayed here for about 3 months. I have no complaints at all. The staff is really helpful and very friendly. They have accommodated my family and I very well. The park is well taken care of and very clean. I would recommend this rv park to any and everyone!

That is correct it will be the to managers discretion but if it's clean and not an eyesore you should be fine
I would say call the office to get on the wait list
They dont look for new Engine, mostly they look for the Overall Condition, if your RV looks good they will give you space

They do not rent out campers that I am aware of. Although there is RV town right next door that has rentals :)

In my opinion, that area should never be stayed in for any duration of time...
I don't think it is by motorhome size, but pull thru or back-in. I gave a 40 ft 5th wheel that is 650 plus elec a month in a pull thru. You may need to check on wait times as full time has had a wait in the past for monthly. We got here last January and we started on the list in December. Hope this was helpful.
Do not know if good to VA Hospital. Bus system very good and reliable. May have to change buses. There are a lot of park and ride stops. May be good to use them.
