Rented the week before a holiday weekend. They gave us options of three different cars for a long two week trip. We returned the next day to hopefully exchange for a larger interior. They took the time and looked at what was going to be available, told us when we could, then made it happen. Car was great, service was better!!

I like this location. I like how clean the cars are. Prices are good. But I don’t care for the staffs. They’re rude. You don’t need to be super nice and happy, but just some decent of respect and kindness goes a long way.

Our experience with Avis rentals at Everett WA is super satisfying and easy. The staffs were so helpful and it was so easy to make modifications to our drop off location and time - it took just a call and less than 2 minutes. The car we got was in pristine shape and smart. I highly recommend Avis and I hope your experience is as great as ours.

Extremely rude staff. Told me he would charge me an extra day for no reason. Hours have recently changed which aren’t mentioned on the app. I was able to change my dropoff location on the app but the guy wouldn’t let me return the car even though it was only 15 min after 3 (my rental was till 4 anyways). Customer care was great and helpful as always. Love Avis as a company but this location is terrible.
