Hidden Waters Preserve in Eustis offers a fascinating hike with elevation changes and interesting terrain. We did not see where the sinkhole was that is supposedly easy to find. It's a short but sweet Preserve with shaded areas. Free to walk around.

Easy place to miss but definitely worth a stop. We took a 1.5 mile walk on the Ravine trail and around Lake Alfred. We saw a small water fall, small streams,, a turtle, birds, and plenty of colorful flowers. A mix of shaded and non-shaded parts of the trail. No restrooms available but there is an unshaded picnic table at the trailhead. It was great walk.

Awesome. When entering I didn't think it would end uo as cool and whimsical as it did!! It take a few minutes to get into the good stuff. Definitely take not of the trail map. This is a awesome place right in the city! Really glad I stumbled upon it and I will definitely be coming often!! Easier hike with some hilly spots and some fun stuff. I like going along the stream and the revine trail!!

This was a really nice place to spend about an hour with the kids. The enjoyed it. They liked seeing the turtles at the welcome center. We were not able to see the inside of the welcome center due to us going at the beginning of the Covid closures. The boardwalk was very nice and looks well kept. We stop on the dock on the lake for a little snack.

No pets allowed. Because of the wildlife harbored in the reserve, outside pets could be a danger to them. And not everyone cleans up after their pets.
