No. You cannot touch the bats. The males bathe in their own urine so you really wouldn't want to.

You can't actually touch them but you get into the large "cages" with them. One reached out and touched my daughter's head and while taking photos one walked over and looked directly into the camera about 6 inches away. They are very cool. Good place to visit.

no.. no contact it allowed.. but they have personal walk through that get you close enough it doesn't matter... still an awesome time if you like bats
