It's in Disney, but you don't need a Disney Park ticket or Pass to get into it, and there's free parking in the Disney Springs Parking Garage right beside the AMC Theater.

No. It does not cost anything to get into Disney Springs the parking is free as well. If you want to just catch a flick, you can do so but may i suggest going on a Tuesday because the cost is $5.00 per ticket for a regular digital show time, not for 3D or IMAX type show times
It's at Disney Springs so there is no additional admission required to get in. Plus parking is free at Disney Springs. And there's lots to see and do around there before or after a movie.
