My family and I were on a family vacation and were shopping around while we waited for our table to be ready at a restaurant nearby.. while shopping around other people who did not have masks on one of the employees approached us and very rudely told us to leave because we did not have masks on. I understand COVID is still around and establishments can request to wear masks but the tone could have at least started friendly when pointing that out to my family and I. When we told her that others didn’t have mask on in the store she just continued to very rudely telling us to exit the store. Although I love disney and not all stores here are like this, my family and I will NOT be shopping here again. Their customer service was just disgusting.

I went here yesterday, September 19, 2021, and was disappointed they did not have the size on the shelf of the specific shirt I wanted. Cashier John went into the back of the store and found the shirt I wanted so dearly in the size I needed! Thank you so much John for going above and beyond! 🙏🏼🥰

Even though this store is much smaller and it’s almost hard to compare, as far as the style of products sold I think I like this Disney store better than its larger counterpart World of Disney that’s right around the corner! I just think DisneyStyle sells some really cute, more modern stuff, especially when it comes to clothing. Everytime I go there I feel again impressed at the lack of super tacky tourist stuff, replaced by clothes that I’d actually wear in real life and not feel like a high liter sticking right out. Of course, the prices are still sky high just like the other Disney store and all theme park-ish places, so just because they have some “hipper” stuff here doesn’t trade it to be more affordable, unfortunately. But nonetheless still an enjoyable drop by!

My friend loves to shop here! This Disney Springs location is his go to spot in Florida. I’m tagging along for the experience.
