I have a different kind of dog a standard poodle, and they do a good job! The first time was not so good and that I told the owner and she rectified the situation and gave me a free grooming! I would encourage you to check them out.
My dog is a german shepard Chow mix, so you can imagine how thick her fur is. I have her groomed there and they do a great job. Since we found them we moved to Ellicott City, and we drive up to Baltimore to get our dogs groomed, they're that good. .
I have not but I can tell you that this is the only place I take my dog. I often wait weeks to get him in and have to make his next appointment when I pick him up. They are booked and busy for a reason. The owner is onsite daily. Go in and talk to her.
