This was my first visit with my new puppy. First impression was office was very clean. The nurse was very patient with my puppy and informative. Dr Eden was so kind and has a wonderful “bedside” manner.

Told us that our dog has an infected tooth that need surgery-- pre surg lab work would be $200 and the surgery $1700, much higher than other vets we've talked to. Also bc my husband was pushing back on whether the lab work was necessary wrote in her note and I'm quoting "Does not want to run pre-anesthetic bloodwork before dental and is OK if she does not survive the procedure." HIs point was was that her examples of rare things of which there is no indication our dog has that they would find on the bloodwork were things that were more dangerous to her life than the tooth in the first place. He's a physician and was clearly trying to make a point that was lost on her, would never take a pet back to a place that did not understand we want our dog to survive their incredibly overpriced tooth extraction.

Amazing staff! They were so patient with my 85 lb big baby AmStaff who is very fearful of nail trims. They took their time and went the extra mile for him. Sam wasnt so sure about this new place at first, but he warmed up to them pretty quick. He loved the Dr. and I just loved how they handled everything.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience at Belvedere. They will definitely be my new vet office. Everyone there exceeded my expectations and were very, very sweet and friendly. The vet tech was super kind to my pup and explained everything when I had questions about the different shots. She even explained pricing for everything beforehand! As an artist I really appreciated that! LOL. They didn’t try to sell me on anything my pup didn’t crucially need which was a huge plus. Dr. Moulder was awesome, down to earth and very knowledgeable. They were very gentle with Fennel the whole time and I loved was that they took their time! I didn’t feel rushed which was a first. At the end they even check you out in the room and so you don’t have to check out at the front desk!
