Mobile Pet Grooming

I made an appointment for the morning 6 min to ago and they changed the appointment to about 11 am. They were late getting there. The van was smelly, dirty and had do hair everywhere. The lady did both my cats and returned them soak and wet. I called to use them again thinking if I got an early appointment we will be the first ones of the day to avoid the dog hair and mess. Well…they changed my appointment from 0830 to 9:30-1030. They called at 10:30 and said they will be late. It took a while and I canceled and the cat groomer called me to fit me in 830 the next day. 8:30 came and she text and said be there soon. Once or twice is understandable but 3 times they didn’t show up on time or changed my appointment. I don’t use them any more. I just saved $240.00.

Company is terrible. Scheduled 3 different times with them. One appointment was on a Sunday at 9:30 am. Time kept getting pushed back to a time I wasn't available. The excuse given was that the groomer had church and supposedly told the company that. Another time had a appointment for 5:30 pm. Waited til after 6 something to call the company only to be told by the groomer a dog he did earlier had fleas and that the company was supposed to have called to let me know he wasn't coming. Nobody ever called. Then the same groomer offered to come to my home the next day for $80 but didn't want to schedule it through the company. What a waste

It's my first time using a mobile pet groomer & I'll never go anywhere again. The groomer was very proficient' gentle and kind with my dog Cocoa. Although Cocoa was nervous and hates to get cut and to blow-dry' but he did his very best with her to keep her calm in order to get her through the process. Would highly recommend this service. A++

Yolanda did a great job handling Winslow! I was comfortable leaving him with her. He can be anxious and a little aggressive sometimes, but she had no trouble with him. She came on time and was parked and ready when I got downstairs. She explained all of he services and gave recommendations. He looks great and most importantly his toe nails are clipped perfectly.
