Yes, they always have loads of different dogs in there for grooming. And you can leave the dog there all day.
They have taken care of my wife's did when he was all mattered because i forgot to schedule his normal grooming appointment. Had to remove his longer hair, but it grew back quickly.
Depending on how bad the mats are some times they will need to shear our poodle. Either way she always looks great when she is done.
