It is not on off peak times. It's going to have more people in it early morning b4 work and after work hours. Its the best of the 3 planet fitness locations with the best staff also. The location on benson is small and while the bay shore mall location is nice in size they gave me a ton of problems about my black card membership because their system was faulty and even though they got conformation many times that I was good to go from my home location, they still harrassed me over it and forced me to do something that caused my debit card to get charged even more than what I already pay, my other option with them was to not be able to work out at all in that facility. Honestly don't care about crowd. Go when its most convenient in your day and get it done. Otherwise, crowd will be just another excuse to not do it. I know because ive used it
