When you are at the clinic, they are wonderful! However, they are so terribly short staffed, it is hard to get a call back, and impossible to be seen if you actually need care that is not emergency. My husband and I have both had illnesses that needed a Dr, but not ER treatment and unable to even get a timely callback. Even for prescriptions, when our mail order RX reaches out, they often do not get a response. PLEASE get more staffing for this clinic! They desperately need a Dr or PA that can see patients the same or next day

Seen by Dr Tarsitsno within 10 minutes of arriving. She was thorough on going over tests & lab results. Personal personality & easy to ask questions. I am very pleased with her & her nurse Claudette. Would recommend Senior Health Clinic to friends.

The Ak Regional Senior Health Clinic has been a positive clinic for me. I really like my provider there, Lindsey Ekiss. She's an ANP & she takes time & really listens. They seem to allow a good amount of time for their appointments. I also appreciate the front desk staff, they seem cheerful & are helpful. One thing I really like is that they give you a full printout of everything discussed at your appointment & all instructions very clearly communicated.

A great introduction to the practice! My provider, Dr Tarsitano was friendly and thorough, allowing plenty of time for discussion. Written follow up and referrals were timely and comprehensive, and all done online and by mail. I can't wait to meet the staff in person. Very happy
