I'm not sure, but most likely no. The water was very dirty and full of plastic and trash, you probably wouldn't want to eat what you caught anyway.
You can definitely fish there. But like everyone said don't eat the fish, catch and release!
Depends, fish to eat? Probably no. But people fish there to spend time.
