When I called I asked for the manager and multiple times multiple employees cut me off while talking and they denied my request. I feel that is rude and unprofessional. I was going to go through with them but now I am not.

They are well known but it seems for the little people they arent too willing to help. I called and tried to get help on something twice and both times i felt shrugged off.

I called on the phone last week and asked if you handled the type of law in reference to my issue and was td yes and that someone would contact me. No one called. I was sent a text and asked to provide information which I completed withing 0 minutes on same day. Still no call. I called this morning only to be informed that you do not handle this type of law. You are a joke and ambulance chaser only. That's all you care about.
