The worst adult and pediatric dentist that exists in Brandon Fl and Tampa Fl. They arrive late from break lunch and only joke with each other talking. They all have an arrogant attitude especially the one who speaks Spanish. I was waiting for 2 hours in an empty room with a 1 year old girl. We were only two patients, my daughter and I. The dentist only saw me for 5 minutes to tell me I have to make another cleaning appointment. Do not take your children here, I prefer to pay for an appointment with a good pediatric dentist for my daughter.

This was the absolute worst expedite I’ve ever had. I saw 2.5 star rating but my insurance isn’t taken by many places. I figured how bad can they be. We’ll my time was wasted and my moneys gone.I have to go to another doctor because this was bloodwork. They told me 3-5 days it will take no more then 2 weeks. It’s been over a month no one answers phone. No one calls me back with all the messages I left. My portal says there was no test results. I’m furious. And never write bad about a business but this I went out of my way to write. AWFUL! Do not go!!!

Paperwork was "lost" by this facility in a matter of 2 days. I had to spend 1.5 hrs verifying my own medical insurance(which the provider handled 2 days prior). The employee that signed us in says that she has no information on our file, even though I checked in online and provided copies of my ID and insurance card and filled out medical history and insurance information. I am asking questions and no one can explain the actual process to me.

I love the staff here they are nice and keep you informed. They inform you of the cost before the service and if you are on the scale for billing you are made aware you are paying a deposit toward your bill. The Dr. I see is very good and is always concerned of my health and any abnormal issues I inform her about the only thing I have has an issue with referrals are not updated in the portal. I had to call and the automated system referral line never calls back. Location is always clean especially since Covid.
