I found them to be very good with the sales pitch and the "at the office" customer service. Everyone is smiling and goes out of their way to let you know that they're happy you're with them but the referrals and actual healthcare leaves a lot to be desired. I've decided to return to my previous group even though their specialists' offices are further away than Dedicated's at least I felt better about their procedures. Go here if you're interested in "sick care" and not healthcare.

The d doctors and staff are both wonderful but I am under transportation provided by them and have had a couple problems. Very annoying. Be sure to follow up if you are on transportation.
