Not happy that I was sent the wrong medication and now ghosted. I live out of state and asked to go to my Dr and have vitals sent, no big deal however no matter how much in advance, you ALWAYS lapse in your diet regimen because they take forever. I was told yesterday they would "overnight the CORRECT meds to me, so sorry blah blah blah " nothing. Good luck trying to get them on the phone.

Defy Medical truly does listen and care for their patients. I have been under their care for over a year and they have been very helpful with treatment. They have enough staffing to schedule a one on one call in case you need to speak with your dr or np, they are very understanding and are always there to help you. Thank you for what you do.

You guys have helped me change my life! I felt terrible for years (even though I have a smile in the left photo) my health was so bad it was affecting my entire life. This place was was of the most efficient and helpful places that I’ve been to in a while. They were completely unbiased and viewed my very complex case based on science and results. If a provider is generally unbiased, it shows they truly care about the patient. As I was getting lab work done and uploading necessary documents, Peter was very responsive and assertive. I was then quickly paired up with a Mellisa, who listened to my case very throughly and spent the necessary time and energy to develop a diagnosis. I was then treated with the appropriate medication, which arrived a few days later. If you do the math with the pricing, it is actually much CHEAPER than other providers, they just have a different payment structure and you pay every 4 months rather than monthly. I don’t normally review places for good service only if it’s bad, but this place was an exception.
