My neighbor's backyard grass is like 3' tall. Critters are beginning to develop. What can I do to get them to mow it?

If its surrounded by a fence and can not be seen without looking over said fence then i believe theres nothing that can be done

Funny they came and took down my gate moved my garbage can and went in my yard. I'm pressing charges. Trespassing
