This is an all age community. Rent is 549 a month plus an extra 13 for trash. Lot rent goes up every year I'm September/October. It's a nice neighborhood to be honest.

How about the fact they said I need to buy new blinds for the inside of my home which I own! This place sucks dont move here the hoa is almost 500$ a month they harrass you to do dumb things. Plus you need to load all your garbage to dumpster.
