I checked in today, the outside is a working progress. Their is new owners are doing a good job bringing up the place. Its not like a motel its more like a apartments on the left then their is a trailer park to the right. I met a few people today they are very nice and most have lived here in this park for awhile. Rooms are bigger than it looks outside. Has a place out back to take your dog. I'll give another up date in a couple days.

Been living here for 7 years. New ownership is really doing a good job at making it nice. The rent raised but at least it’s nicer.

Since new owner purchased property, there have been enormous changes and upgrades. New roads, and the place has really cleaned up.
