Better check your order before u leave. In my family bucket did not received my gravy for the mash potatoes ,didnot received my soda. The food is good but poor service. No napkins ketchup....dont leave doble check..... Today 28 August 2022 Customer service changed it was good... but the food was plain no flavor or salt...where the 7 seven spices go? Rip Kentucky fried chicken. The mash potatoes plain water no salt at all. I remember the glory days in this place...they even had buffet and it was full always...ain't going no more...so sad to say... Lake Wales route #60

Straight up lied about cookies not being a part of the 5 dollar fill up, instead of just saying they were out. So 1 star for dishonesty. Seems like they are having a supply or management issue, because they were also missing Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper as beverage options.

Face mask when entering the building but when seated you can remove it so I really don't see the point on wearing it in the first place
